We provide Desert Safari Tours in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
All rates are charged in U.A.E. Dirham (AED) per person. Payment can also be made in USD, GBP, and EURO.
Full payment for group bookings should be made 24 hours prior to the tour.
No cancellation charges will be applied if the cancellation is made 48 hours prior to the tour.
No refund is given for cancellations within 24 hours of departure.
Seating in all seats in the shared car cannot be reserved.
All vehicles are fully insured, including passengers and drivers.
Passengers are required to wear seat belts during the tour.
Children’s rates apply only to children aged 2 to 9 years old. Children below 2 years old must be managed on your laps at your own risk.
Smoking is prohibited on board the vehicles.
We have multiple pick-up and drop-off points. Contact management for more details.
Passengers are reminded that photography of military and some government installations is prohibited.
During Islamic public holidays and the holy month of Ramadan, there will be limited entertainment activities, and alcohol is not permitted.
If you are more than 3 months pregnant, suffer from strokes or any heart disease, or have any other health detriments, please consult your doctor first, as it is usually advised not to go on the Safari in such cases.
Our dinner buffet contains international cuisine, palatable to all guests. However, for group bookings of private camp hire, we can provide your own choice of the menu.
We advise wearing comfortable, light clothing (a jacket in the winter) and comfortable shoes (heels are not advisable for obvious reasons). In the evenings, we recommend carrying a light cardigan or shawl.
Quad bike drive at your own risk:
Please obtain safety equipment and instructions from ground staff before riding on it.
The company will not be responsible for any kind of injury or accident during the quad bike ride.
Please avoid drifting or reckless quad bike driving to prevent personal injury or damage to the quad bike.
The company has the right to take action against damaging the quad bike due to careless driving.
For Desert Safari Tours, we are working with suppliers. If there is any issue, you need to speak with the driver or camp manager and sort out the issue on the spot. The company is not held responsible for any kind of complaint or accident.
